These terms apply to Hotel Lobby AI Video at hotellobbyaivideo.me. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The tool generates original videos inspired by an orange studio performance aesthetic. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original performers, COLORS or their production partners.
Generation requires a signed-in account, sufficient credits and an available generation service. Keep your account secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission from each person featured to create an AI performance. Do not use the service for illegal content, harassment, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, infringement or unauthorized access to systems. Do not bypass billing or service limits.
The studio accepts two separate JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 10 MB each. Available settings include 4–15 seconds, 768p or 2K quality, and 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 framing. Availability depends on service configuration and provider capacity.
AI output can change faces, hands, clothing, movement, timing and framing. Reference photos and left/right placement guide the scene but do not guarantee exact identity, choreography or a copy of an existing performance. Review the full result before publishing. Processing time and output availability are not guaranteed.
New accounts do not receive free trial credits under the current configuration. Local photo previews do not use generation credits. The studio displays the generation cost before submission, calculated from duration and the configured rate for your selected quality.
Credits are reserved before submission. A confirmed failed generation returns the reserved credits once, with their original expiry dates. An uncertain submission remains reserved while its status is checked; do not submit a duplicate task. Keep the task ID and contact support if you need help.
Where a purchase is offered, its price, credits, billing interval and expiry are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Do not assume a legacy or unrelated plan includes Hotel Lobby generation unless the purchase description expressly says so. Contact support about purchase refunds or billing errors; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. A failed-task credit return is separate from a payment refund.
You retain any rights you have in your source photos. You authorize us and our generation provider to process the submitted content to deliver and track your requested video.
We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial rights in AI output. Your use must respect rights in the source photos, likenesses, music and other material, as well as applicable provider terms. Our service does not grant rights to the original song, performance, artist names or production branding.
You may download a result and prepare it for social sharing. Obtain necessary permissions and follow your destination platform's rules, including applicable AI disclosure requirements. Download important results promptly; provider links may not remain available indefinitely.

We may change, pause or restrict service access to address abuse, security problems, maintenance or provider limitations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that every result will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
