About This Policy

Hotel Lobby AI Video at hotellobbyaivideo.me creates original AI performance videos from two reference photos. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site, sign in, generate a video, make a purchase or contact support.

Information We Handle

• Account data: email address, profile name, avatar, sign-in provider and identifier, account creation time and sign-in IP address.
• Generation data: the two photos you submit, generation settings and any creative direction submitted with the request. Task records include your account identifier, task and provider identifiers, status, credit cost, refund status, timestamps and output link.
• Billing data: order details, account email, purchased credits, subscription information and payment status. Stripe processes payment details through its checkout; our checkout does not collect full card numbers directly.
• Usage data: browser and device information, page visits and interactions collected through hosting logs and enabled analytics services.
• Support data: the information you choose to send us, including an email address or task ID.

We use this information to operate accounts, generate and deliver videos, track tasks, manage credits and payments, resolve support requests, protect the service and understand site usage.

Photos and Generated Videos

Selecting photos creates local browser previews. Starting generation sends both photos to our server and then to WaveSpeedAI, which supplies the MiniMax H3 generation service. The generation database stores task settings and tracking information, not copies of the raw photos or creative prompt text.

The provider receives photos and generation instructions and hosts the output video. Its storage and retention practices apply to those files. We do not promise immediate provider deletion or permanent output availability. Download results you want to keep promptly. Opening or saving a result contacts the provider's media host.

The studio stores an active task ID in session storage to recover progress after a reload. It does not store source photos or prompts in browser storage.

Service Providers and Sharing

We use Supabase for account, order, credit and task records; WaveSpeedAI for media upload and generation; Stripe for payments; and configured sign-in providers such as Google for authentication. These services process information needed for their functions.

Production pages load Microsoft Clarity for usage analysis, including session replay and heatmaps. Google Analytics and Rybbit load when configured. See our Cookie Policy, Microsoft Clarity documentation and Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable law, investigate abuse or protect users and the service. Providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Retention and Security

Account, billing and task records are retained for service operation, support, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The application does not currently provide automatic deletion of generation records after a fixed period. Provider media retention is separate.

We use authentication and access checks to restrict account and task access. No online service can guarantee complete security. Avoid submitting photos or information you do not have permission to share.

Your Choices and Requests

You can choose not to submit photos, manage cookies and site storage in your browser, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; some billing or security records may need to be retained. We may ask you to verify account ownership before handling a request.
